Training boundary: the examples below use DEV-101, local-dev-equipment-101, and local-dev-air-2w. Do not print or distribute production bearer tokens from this page.
Mechanic: equipment QR service
- Open Equipment and scan or enter
local-dev-equipment-101. - Confirm the screen says unit DEV-101. Stop if the physical label and screen disagree.
- Choose Start service. Verify every displayed SKU against the filter physically removed.
- Clear any item not changed, add a short note if useful, and submit once.
- Wait for the announced success message before leaving the screen. Never retry by repeatedly tapping.
Mechanic: biweekly filter route
- Open Batch QR and scan or enter
local-dev-air-2w. - Read each unit and mapped SKU. Uncheck machines not serviced.
- Complete the selected machines once and wait for confirmation.
Receiving
- Compare the shipment to the approved, ordered draft.
- Use Receive remaining only for quantities physically present.
- Receiving is the only order action that increases stock. Approval and Mark ordered do not.
Business Owner and administrator
- Business Owner: approve users and orders; verify incomplete filter profiles with the shop.
- Organization administrator: maintain equipment, parts, and profile mappings but cannot replace owner approval.
- System Administrator: technical operations only; no purchasing, receiving, owner impersonation, or organization membership.
- Leave uncertain mappings incomplete. Never guess a filter assignment.
Print safe training QR labels
- Use an offline QR generator on a trusted workstation. Do not paste bearer tokens into a public QR website.
- For a disposable fake equipment label, encode exactly
http://127.0.0.1:3100/q/e/local-dev-equipment-101and print the text TRAINING · DEV-101 beneath it. - For a disposable fake batch label, encode exactly
http://127.0.0.1:3100/q/b/local-dev-air-2wand print TRAINING · BIWEEKLY FILTERS beneath it. - Print at least 25 mm square with a clear quiet zone. Test the label locally at arm's length and under shop lighting.
- Destroy training labels after testing. Production labels require separately approved hostname, token handling, printer, placement, and replacement procedures.
