Scope
This notice applies to the public Remember My Moves website, its fictional product demo, and the walkthrough request form. A separate agreement or notice may apply if you later use a hosted customer workspace.
Information we collect
When you request a walkthrough, we collect the name, business name, email address, optional phone number, operation type, and business challenge you submit. Our systems may also process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, including a temporarily hashed network identifier used for abuse prevention and standard server-log details.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, arrange and prepare for a walkthrough, protect the website, improve the service, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable law. We do not currently use advertising trackers on the public site.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help host the website, deliver email, or operate supporting systems; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell or rent walkthrough-request information for third-party advertising.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for legal or operational records. We use practical safeguards, but no website, email, or storage system can promise absolute security.
Your choices

This business website is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the website and product develop; the effective date above will identify the current version.
