Agreement and scope
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms. They apply to the public marketing pages, walkthrough request form, and fictional demo. They are not a software subscription agreement, service-level commitment, or contract for a paid customer workspace.
Information and fictional demo
Website content is provided to explain the Remember My Moves product direction and possible workflows. The mechanic demo uses fictional information and is not a live customer account. Features, availability, and presentation may change as the product develops.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service.
Ownership
The Remember My Moves name, logo, website design, copy, demo, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant permission to copy branding, resell materials, or represent yourself as affiliated with Remember My Moves.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, email, mapping, authentication, or other services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular operation. Remember My Moves is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of this public website where such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Paid customer use will require a separate, attorney-reviewed agreement covering service, billing, customer data, support, and allocation of risk.
